A note about shipping in the age of COVID: While we still see 95% of shipments arrive without issue and within a normal timeframe, some shipments will not show tracking movement for several weeks before they arrive.
Please note we cannot consider a shipment lost until 45 days have elapsed from the date the package was shipped (and even then, we have seen some cases where it still shows up after that!).
We understand this can be frustrating, but if your shipment is delayed, please wait to contact us until 45 days have passed as there will be no action we can take until that point.
Items are normally shipped via SF Express，Speedpost, USPS ，FedEx, UPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. At this time, we offer express or expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please email us if you would like to overnight your order.
An 8.875% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within New York state.

International countries we currently ship to are: Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, USA, Canada, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us to see if shipment can be arranged.
Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.
